The Golf Course in the Urslau Valley lies in a quiet and natural landscape at the foot of the mountain formation called the "Steinernes Meer" (the Sea of Stone), and it is one of the most beautiful championship golf courses in the Alps. The course, on a high plateau between Saalfelden and the Maria Alm, is perfectly meshed with the surrounding landscape. The course is varying in character. Sometimes long and hilly, not too steep, sometimes a bit tricky, but always fair. The greens are well-guarded by bunkers and water hazards. The fairways stretch out like emerald carpets. A large driving range with pitching and putting greens as well as a 3-hold compact course round out the course.
